Quick Picture Udate!

Since June is over, this is probably the best way to update. "unload my camera"

On the 10-12 Justin, Me, Chelsea and Brandon all went out to the city for the weekend and played at the malls, restaraunts and Lagoon. It was super fun!!!

Justin has been dipping quite a few things now that we're all trained up and set up. Things have been turning out really nice. I'm super proud of him!

The puppies are growing like crazy. I'm going to be lucky if I don't end up keeping them all, lol.

Hailey had her first ever stock show on Monday. She showed with the Pee-Wee goats. She didn't place, but she blue ribboned and did GREAT for her first time.

Brandon and Chelsea got married Tuesday at the court house. Justin and I went down with a few friends and were their witnesses. We're super happy for them! Congrats you two!

Wow... It's been a while...

How was everyone's Fathers Day Weekend?

Life has been busy for us this last month. Fun Busy though.

An update on the last month-ish would include:

Softball

Sheetrock

 A trip to SLC- Including Lagoon, Southtowne Mall, Cheesecake Factory and Tucanos. YUM

Sold the Birds

Planted my Garden

Puppies- To the vet twice now- Dew Claws removed and wormed for the 1st time. They're growing like Weeds. The biggest boy is 3.5 lbs. They are now 2 weeks old, and all have their eyes open.

Dad had to put Paul down. (Our 26 yr old Belgian Mare)

We bought dad a new puppy for Fathers Day. She's a Blue Merle Australian Shepard and her name is Sweeney.

This past weekend I got to stay home and Deep Clean my house for the first time in a long time. Man it feels good!!!

It also stays clean a lot better now that the birds live somewhere else- not to mention my allergies are already dimishing (YES)!!!

Lovin SnoBiz- Shaved Ice. My new favorite is Creamcicle w/Extra cream!

We also started our INSANITY diet yesterday. I'm not very good at dieting, but I'll get there.

We also have a lot of things coming up that I'm excited for!!

Tomorrow is the Anadarko BBQ that I was in charge of planning along side the other Chelsea that works in our office. I don't know about her, but I'm nervous and excited at the same time to see how it goes and to have it over.

As soon as the BBQ is over, I will be driving to SLC for a training Thursday and Friday.

Justin is playing in the Hit-Run-Score all night softball tournament starting Friday, so as soon as I get done in SLC Friday, I will be headed home to watch him play.

I will also, hopefully, be picking up our new Tahoe. I'm super excited to get moved into a "family" sized vehicle and to save us so much $$ at the same time.

We will also continue to work on Sheet Rocking the basement- which I hope is done soon, I'm tired of waiting, lol.

I am also in Charge of 2 baby showers the First 2 weeks in August that I'm SUPER Excited for!

I'v been playing on Pinterest so much putting together idea boards for each shower for each girl and I'm so super excited! They're both going to be super dang cute!

In the mean time- I better get back to work. Ciao.

The whole idea of this website is something I've done my whole life with magazine pages and folders. Much less organized than doing it online- which is why I love doing it online! lol

It saves me the mess and I can get on it anywhere.

 

Mmmmm.. I'm lovin it.

 

THIS IDEA....

SO...Justin and I have been juggling ideas of how to get out from under our truck payment, get an SUV- for kids eventually and get a camper, but still get another truck so we can tow the camper when we need to and save money all at the same time....Sound like a joke right? Right!

That's what I said.
So we tried selling the truck outright, then just going and buying a cheaper truck and buying a cheaper camper for a total that was less than we financed on the Duramax-- Good idea- except nobody wants to buy a diesel in this economy. Nobody.

So... We decided we could trade the truck in for another truck-- smaller truck- smaller payment- same idea. The extra $ goes towards a camper and still saves us money-- this is all very idealistic.

So... I've been doing a lot of praying and thinking and sorting and adding and all that fun stuff...because we really wanted to pull this off and try to make room for some children in our life. (Eventually- Don't go getting ideas yet- I'm an OVERLY prepared person so this is all just part of the "process" for me)

Anyway-- this morning on my way to work it HIT me!

Here's the grand scheme!

So.... My car Blue books (x) amount of dollars above what we owe on it, so we've got some equity there.

The truck actually Blue books (y) amount of  dollars above what we owe on it, but since nobody wants to pay- even what we owe on it, trading it in is the ideal plan...So here we go (since everyone needs to know)...

Trade Duramax in for SUV for a smaller payment. {An SUV that will tow a camper}

Buy a inexpensive Camper for all our summer adventures- and the total of SUV and Camper Payments = less than our Duramax payment now.

Sell my car for Blue Book Value- Use the Equity to buy a not-expensive single cab truck for Justin to drive on his few days off in the winter when he needs 4-wheel drive and drive his 1970 Chevy on his few days off in the summer.

This will eliminate the car payment- get us an SUV, a Truck and a Camper and decrease our "total debt"
 {Yes that is a column in my excel budget and it is one of my overall goals in life to decrease that # by as much as possible every single day}
 If possible I will track it to death.

 Happy Trials everyone. Now that you know my financial story. Kindof in depth, but guess what. It's life and I'm excited!

Events!

So... Life has been crazy busy lately. I still haven't even posted pictures from Florida....Woops :D But anyway. A Quick update of May since we're already 8 days into June!

May:

3rd: Justin and my 3 year wedding anniversary! Woo-Hoo

4th: Went to the Cannery for the first time- super fun! And Justin's first softball game for the summer

5th: Took my Accounting Final and PASSED- Free for the Summer!

7th: BBQ with our newest Best Bud's Chelsea and Brandon

9th: Mothers Day- Went up to Red Canyon Lodge with Monty and Melanie and went and saw the Spill Way open at the Gorge.

10th: Took Family Pictures for the first time in 2 years. Score!

11th: First softball game of Justin's that I got to go to. "designated scorekeeper"

14th: Baby Shower for Shayla Kissling. She's such a cute little pregnant girl! We're super excited for her!!!

16th: Had dinner with Long time friend Kody Abbott before he moved to Florida for an awesome new job. We're going to miss you Kody!!

17th: PACKED LIKE CRAZY

18th:-23rd: FLORIDA!-- I wish I could go back! lol

24th: Took Liddy to the vet because she was HUGE when I got home from Florida and we finally found her puppies on the ultrasound. She had 12 days until she was due

25th: Went to an awesome work training and scrambled to get Liddy a crate ready for puppies.

27th: Graduation for my cousins Blake Dudley and Donovan Dudley- then Tacos @ my house!

28th:  Went to Green River with my parents for my Grandpa Dee's 85 Birthday Party. Love you grandpa!

- Got to stay the night with my cousin Amanda Lamb and visit about life and work and kids and houses and all the good stuff in life! Love that girl!!!

29th: Came home just in time for a BBQ with Brand-o, Chelsea, Brody and Brandi! Went and saw Bridesmades-- Not a huge fan but kindof funny!

30th: Off for the Memorial Day Holiday - It took me ALL DAY to accomplish one thing! How frustrating!

31st: END OF MAY!!!

I would like to say "Where did it go" But I just told you....haha.

It was a super busy month, and I have a feeling June is going to be the same way!

I'm loving that the weather has finally warmed up and we've actually been able to enjoy some time outside!

Well- there's my semi-boring/ Very busy update! I'll try to post a more Interesting one next time!

Puppies!!!

Last night Liddy had her puppies! She had 9: 6 boys and 3 girls. Everyone's doing great!
